New Project Spotlight: U.S. Embassy Santo Domingo
PALGAG has been awarded by the U.S. Department of State – OBO, a project under the HVAC IDIQ contract to replace two (2) existing air-cooled chillers at the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo.
Under this contract, PALGAG is to conduct a detailed survey to verify existing conditions, which will be followed by a complete HVAC and Electrical design, with PALGAG serving as the Designer of Record (DOR) for both disciplines. The construction phase will include the installation of two (2) 355-ton 1248 kW air-cooled modular scroll chillers (N+1 configuration) and all related electrical work.

PALGAG Awarded Prestigious 5-Year HVAC IDIQ Contract
PALGAG is proud to announce that we have been selected, alongside a few distinguished contractors, for a 5-year HVAC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Contract Highlights:
- Client: U.S. Department of State – OBO Facilities
- Scope: Design, engineering, and construction services for the replacement of central HVAC systems, including chiller and boiler plants.
- Location: U.S. Government facilities worldwide

PALGAG has recently started the execution of a unique and challenging project at the US Navy Medical Research Unit – 6 (NAMRU-6) in El Callao, Lima, Peru for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
The project includes the Initial Outfitting, Transitioning and Planning to guaranty a continued laboratory operation while executing a 4 phased execution plan to complete the revitalization of an existing 2-story laboratory building and the construction of a 2-Story annex administrative building. -
PALGAG has been awarded by AECON the design, fabrication and installation of metal cladding systems at the new L.F. Wade International Airport in St. George, Bermuda. All the systems and its substructures were designed, tested and approved under the Florida Building Code for High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ).
