New Contract Award: USACE Central America MATOC
PALGAG has been awarded a five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for design-build construction projects throughout Central America.
Under this contract, PALGAG will be eligible to compete for future task orders supporting U.S. Government construction requirements across the region.

New Project Award: ILEA Administration Building Roof Replacement – El Salvador
PALGAG has been awarded by the U.S. Department of State the Roof Replacement Project for the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) Administration Building in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Under this contract, PALGAG will provide all construction services required for the complete replacement of the Administration Building roof. The project includes the installation of multiple roofing systems, drainage improvements, waterproofing, and all associated works to deliver a durable, long-term roofing solution.

Project Successfully Completed: U.S. Embassy Managua, Nicaragua
PALGAG has successfully completed the U.S. Department of State – OBO Roof Replacement Project at the U.S. Embassy in Managua, Nicaragua.
Under this contract, PALGAG replaced the roofs of multiple embassy facilities.
The project was completed on schedule and received an Exceptional performance rating for Quality and Cost Control, with the U.S. Department of State recommending PALGAG for similar future projects.

PALGAG has Completed the NAMRU-SOUTH (Naval Medical Research Unit) Revitalization Project
PALGAG is proud to announce the successful completion of phases 1, 2, and 3 of the revitalization project for Building 1 at NAMRU-SOUTH, formerly NAMRU-6.
NAMRU, a biomedical research laboratory of the US Navy, is located in Lima, Perú. The 25,000-square-foot, two-story building, housing research laboratories and administrative support areas, was delivered to the owner and received its BOD (Beneficial Occupancy Date) on September, 2024.

Project Successfully Completed: U.S. Embassy Santo Domingo
PALGAG has successfully completed the HVAC replacement project at the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo, awarded by the U.S. Department of State – OBO under its worldwide HVAC IDIQ contract.
The project included a comprehensive site survey, HVAC and electrical design, with PALGAG serving as the Designer of Record (DOR), followed by the successful installation and commissioning of two 355-ton (1,248 kW) air-cooled modular chillers (N+1 configuration) and all associated electrical works.
The project was delivered on schedule, providing a modern, reliable, and energy-efficient cooling system for the U.S. Embassy.

PALGAG is proud to announce that we have been selected, alongside a few distinguished contractors, for a 5-year HVAC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

- Scope: Design, engineering, and construction services for the replacement of central HVAC systems, including chiller and boiler plants.
- Location: U.S. Government facilities worldwide
